2022 College Prep Power and Speed Camp:

This will be our 8th annual camp that specializes in preparation to meet college standards for strength and conditioning. The camp includes 4 power and speed sessions and two outdoor technical soccer sessions each week all through June and July. The camp will begin the second week in June. (We are closed the week of July 4th)

If you cannot do the morning power and speed sessions due to work or an internship, let us know and we have the coaching capacity to offer PM training 2-3x a week.

$350 / Unlimited Power & Speed Training for June and July (price point spread: average $9/session ! )

If you do not want to register for the entire summer and prefer to do drop ins:
Drop in fees: $35/session

Power and Speed Camp will run all June and July at the Fuquay Sports Center in 8,000 square feet of indoor astroturf and futsal court flooring at the South Wake Sports Academy. We will train Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (9:00-10:00 AM). These are power and speed sessions. We also incorporate yoga and mobility on Wednesdays.

Wednesdays at 6:00 PM we will have outdoor soccer training / small sided at St. Mary's School in downtown Raleigh. Thursdays are rest days if you have trained all week or endurance running days if you do not need a rest day.(these sessions will be outdoors in Fuquay Varina)

Fridays will be testing days from 8:00-9:30 AM for our college bound players who need their preseason fitness testing to be proctored. These sessions will be at St. Mary's School on their game field. Following testing, we will finish the session with some technical soccer training.

This program will train athletes to develop short distance and long distance explosive speed, lower body strength, upper body strength, increased mobility and flexibility, and higher levels of power and acceleration. Our training will be both anerobic and areobic, helping players increase their lactate thresholds. The strength and conditioning movements and training will be catered to each athlete for his/her respective sport, age, and capabilities. All strength training will increase muscular development and resilience to injuries. We also cover technical soccer training at each session. So the kids will always be touching a ball. Moreover, the program will allow each athlete to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. For college-bound athletes with specific preseason programming, we will train those athletes respectively according to your packet. Please bring your packet to make our trainers privy to your summer training. (ie: if an NC State bound women’s soccer player has a preseason packet, we will train him/her according to their packet) Colleges represented: Gardner-Webb, LSU, Lehigh, UNCW, UNC Greensboro, UNC Charlotte, App State, Belmont Abbey, Mars Hill, Roanoke College, Alabama A&M, Emory and Henry, Longwood, WCU, Meredith College, USC-Upstate, Barton College and The Citadel.
